Who we are
Weddings by Zoya is a wedding planning business based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are responsible for the personal information you share with us through this website. For any privacy question, email us at admin@weddingsbyzoya.com.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry through our contact form, we receive:
- your name and email address
- your phone number, event date and guest count, if you give them
- your event type and the message you write
We also collect anonymous visit statistics, such as which pages are viewed and how quickly they load. These do not identify you, and we do not use cookies to track you.
How we use it
We use your enquiry details only to reply to you and, if we work together, to plan your event. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing. We use the visit statistics only to improve the website.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers who handle data on our behalf:
- Resend, which delivers the enquiry emails
- Vercel, which hosts this website and provides the visit statistics
Some of these providers are based in the United States, so your information may be processed outside the UAE. They may use it only to provide their service to us.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as we may work together, and delete them when they are no longer needed. If you become a client, we keep the records we need to deliver your event and meet our legal obligations.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to how we use it. Email admin@weddingsbyzoya.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the date at the top.
